What You'll Be Doing Leading, coaching, and developing hourly associates and independent contractor partners Owning terminal performance across safety, service, quality, and cost Managing inbound/outbound hub operations including staging, deluxing, repairs, returns, and claims Monitoring KPIs and driving continuous operational improvement Building and maintaining strong independent contractor partnerships focused on profitability and compliance Conducting weekly ride-behinds and active route monitoring to ensure client satisfaction Planning daily, weekly, monthly, and peak season labor schedules Managing budget performance and financial plan objectives What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of Final Mile/Last Mile delivery experience 3-5 years of distribution management or leadership experience Experience managing, recruiting, and working with independent contractors Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relations skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred Furniture delivery experience preferred Comfort working in a fast-paced, physically active environment, including field time Compensation & Work Model $70,000-$75,000. Onsite role with regular field presence required. Location & Travel Dayton, Ohio.
