Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and skilled STNA Transport Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers and goods to various destinations while ensuring a high level of customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle heavy lifting, and a commitment to maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness. Duties Safely operate various types of vehicles including vans, buses, and limousines. Provide shuttle driving services to transport passengers to designated locations. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring their comfort and safety. Maintain the vehicle in good working condition by performing regular inspections and necessary maintenance. Communicate effectively with passengers regarding schedules, routes, and any changes in transportation plans. Handle heavy lifting as required when loading or unloading luggage or equipment. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving. Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage and fuel consumption. Scheduling and rescheduling appointments as necessary Uploading medical records for residents Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; STNA preferred. Experience in shuttle driving, bus driving, limousine services, or paratransit is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as needed during passenger transport. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices is a plus. A commitment to safety and customer service excellence. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
