What You'll Do Safely deliver packages to homes and businesses along your assigned route. Load and organize packages to keep your day running smoothly. Use GPS and company technology to navigate your route. Provide friendly, professional customer service. Communicate with dispatch about delays or delivery concerns. Complete vehicle inspections and maintain a clean delivery vehicle. Follow all DOT, FedEx Ground, and company safety procedures. What We're Looking For, Must be 21 years of age or older. Valid driver's license. Clean driving record.

Must pass a federal background check. Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Able to work independently and stay organized. Comfortable with a physically active job that involves lifting, walking, and getting in and out of the vehicle throughout the day. Working in all weather conditions.
