Job Description
- Schedule transports and deliveries with both internal and external partners.
- Prepare and process transport paperwork and documentation accurately.
- Update transport status in our systems and maintain the company calendar.
- Monitor vehicle inventory and communicate with clients regarding aged vehicles.
- Assist with tracking vehicle keys and ensure follow-up on outstanding matters.
- Handle customer and vendor inquiries via phone professionally and efficiently.
- Create and send client invoices related to transport activities.
- Maintain accurate records in company software and systems. What You Bring To thrive in this role, you will need:
- Proven accomplishments in transport coordination, logistics, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database navigation.
- A commitment to follow-through and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or transport documentation.
- Familiarity with various vehicle types and repossession processes is a plus. Compensation and Benefits This role offers a salary range of $45,000

Key Responsibilities:
Schedule transports, redemptions, and deliveries with internal and external partners Prepare and process transport paperwork and documentation Update transport status in our systems and company calendar Monitor lot inventory and notify clients of aged vehicles Assist with vehicle key tracking and follow-up Handle customer and vendor phone calls in a professional and efficient manner Create and send client invoices related to transport Maintain accurate records in company software and systemsRequirements:
1-2 years of experience in transport coordination, logistics, customer service, or a related field Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database navigation Must be able to work in-office daily at our Kennett Square, PA locationPreferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with vehicle types and repossession processes Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience working with dispatching, scheduling, or transport documentation Team-oriented with a strong sense of follow-through and accountabilityJob Type:

$45,000.00- $55,000.
