As a Fleet Manager, you'll provide frontline leadership to a team of drivers, ensuring operational excellence and creating a driver-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Leads a fleet of professional drivers to consistently meet or exceed key performance objectives by enforcing company policies, driving process improvements, and optimizing operational efficiency. Balances accountability with advocacy, promoting a driver-focused culture grounded in respect, clear expectations, and continuous development. Demonstrates a strong commitment to creating an exceptional employment experience for drivers while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
