Dispatcher/Supervisor - CDL Drivers $58,000 to $65,000 annually
Schedule:
10:00 PM to 6:00 AM Lily Transportation is a rapidly expanding logistics and transportation company dedicated to providing exceptional service and timely delivery solutions. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Dispatcher/Supervisor to join our dynamic team and help us continue our growth trajectory. Someone who is a strong self-starter that is results driven with the desire for future career growth. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to lead, manage and develop relationships with DOT CDL drivers and increase overall driver satisfaction to improve safety and driver retention. This position will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods, maintaining clear communication with drivers, and resolving any issues that may arise during transit. The ability to stay organized, multitask, and make quick decisions will be key to success in this role.Dispatcher Overview/Responsibilities:
- Manage a high energy dynamic driver operation.
- Oversee and manage a team of professional drivers.
- Monitor daily routes and on-time performance.
- Update dynamic routing system.
- Coordinate dispatch operations and provide driver support.
- Provide timely and accurate customer communication.
- Ensure routing solutions comply with DOT hours of service and customer needs.
- Perform analysis of route and driver performance.
- Available to work mornings, afternoons, and nights.

- Cell Phone Dispatcher/Supervisor Requirements
- Must have working knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and regulations, specifically with CDL drivers
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Initiative and achievement orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Familiar with ELD, HOS, OSHA, CSA and Dot regulation is helpful.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
