Overview Mindlift Dispensary is looking for a reliable, organized, and flexible Dispatcher / Delivery Driver to join our team. This is a hybrid role. Responsibilities will vary based on business needs and may include dispatching, packing delivery orders, making deliveries, and assisting with dispensary operations. Responsibilities Pack and prepare delivery orders accurately and efficiently. Use the dispensary's POS system to process and update orders. Dispatch and coordinate delivery orders and routes. Communicate with customers and delivery staff. Safely deliver cannabis orders and verify customer identification. Maintain accurate delivery and order records. Assist with customer service and dispensary operations when needed. Follow all company policies and applicable cannabis regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.

Pay range:

$18 per hour Required skills Must be 21+. Valid driver's license and safe driving record. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable using technology and willing to learn our POS system. Able to multitask and switch between dispatching, packing, driving, and dispensary duties. Previous delivery, dispatch, retail, POS, or cannabis experience is a plus. Preferred seniority
