THE ROLE

We're hiring an Operations Coordinator/Driver Manager to help support our Team. This is a servant-leadership role at its core — you'll regularly put our drivers' needs ahead of your own, and work closely with a small group of managers who depend on each other to keep things running. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Team Leadership & Driver Support Serve as a point of contact and escalation for drivers — problem-solve in real time and help your Team Perform standard daily work while working on critical initiatives, including suggesting and executing your own projects to improve our company Build schedules and coverage plans, balancing driver flexibility with route coverage needs Coordinate with Dispatch for Driver support and escalations Lead with a servant mindset — we exist to help our Team! We hold the line and coach our Drivers while being empathetic to their struggles Operations & Compliance Support on-time performance, and route acceptance/completion Monitor and help manage Hours of Service (HOS) compliance across your drivers Maintain accurate file notes on delays, cancellations, rejections, and performance issues Track mechanical breakdowns, truck assignments, and repair coordination Maintaining Driver Qualification files and required tractor documentation/safety materials Additional Flexibility Occasional driving, driver training ride-alongs, or truck pickup/drop-off runs for those with an active CDL Flex into non-traditional hours when the team needs it — this isn't a strict 9-to-5 role Wear different hats. SCHEDULE

Full-time, 5 days/week with one work-from-home day. Rotates 1-2 on-call nights per week alongside the team. We build schedules collaboratively as a team, so managers can shape a routine that works for their life outside of work and we believe in results based environments.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary + Bonus — $50,000-$70,000 base depending on experience, plus bonus potential of $10,000-$15,000+ Medical, dental, and vision insurance and Section 125 Cafeteria Plan 401(k) with company match @ 4% Flexible

4+ years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in logistics/operations A servant-leadership mindset — genuinely comfortable putting other's needs ahead of your own on a regular basis Active Class A CDL is a strongly preferred but not required — the right work ethic, industry knowledge, leadership instinct, and attitude can outweigh a license Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and learning dispatch/telematics platforms General knowledge of
