US Foods is seeking a Sr Transportation Manager in Lubbock, TX to lead daily fleet and routing operations in a high-volume wholesale foodservice distribution center. You'll oversee drivers and dispatch, ensure DOT and safety compliance, and optimize delivery schedules to meet demanding customer SLAs. Responsibilities include managing budgets, KPIs, and vendor relationships, driving on-time and error-free deliveries, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement while partnering closely with warehouse and sales teams.
