Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Non CDL Delivery Driver and Fleet Inspector in Midland, TX! This role offers weekly pay and provides a company vehicle, giving you the opportunity to deliver exceptional service while maintaining our fleet's safety and reliability. You'll be responsible for safely operating cargo vans, inspecting fleet vehicles, and ensuring all deliveries are completed efficiently. EXPERIENCE
working with Ram, ProMaster and Ford, Transit vehicles preferred. Duties Safely operate cargo vans to deliver goods to various locations across Midland, TX. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after each shift, checking for mechanical issues, tire conditions, fluid levels, and overall safety compliance. Perform basic automotive repairs such as tire changes, minor mechanical fixes, and vehicle maintenance tasks using hand tools and power tools. Coordinating vehicle repairs with local auto body shops. Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, repairs, and delivery logs to ensure compliance with safety standards. Use automotive parts and accessories knowledge to identify necessary repairs or replacements during inspections. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely deliveries and addressing any client concerns professionally. Skills Proficiency in standard passenger car operation with a focus on safety and efficiency. Mechanical knowledge including automotive tire change, vehicle maintenance, and basic repair skills. Experience with automotive electrical systems, auto body repair, and auto estimating is a plus. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical equipment effectively. Strong understanding of automotive parts, accessories, and systems repair processes. Customer service skills to communicate clearly with clients and team members. Mechanical systems repair experience combined with auto restoration skills is highly desirable. Heavy lifting capability to handle vehicle parts or equipment during inspections or repairs. Pay:
$22.50 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
