Chesapeake, VA Schedule:

8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay:

Weekly Pay Key Responsibilities Coordinate logistics schedules, deliveries, and service requests Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally Support executive and management administrative needs Qualifications • Bilingual - Must be able to speak fluent Spanish and English. Strong computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Comfortable interacting with the public and working in a team environment. High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Must be able to pass background check.
