11pm - 8am Position Overview We are seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support the daily operations of our distribution depot. This is a newly created role that combines hands-on work with leadership support. You will work closely with the Delivery & Route Operations Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and timely delivery operations. Key Responsibilities Support daily depot operations and distribution activities Assist with route management and delivery coordination Help maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations Provide customer service and support account needs Coordinate communication with publishers and manage returns Assist in resolving operational issues and improving efficiency Provide coverage based on operational needs and scheduling demands Perform additional duties as assigned Schedule & Travel Schedule will vary based on the needs of a time-sensitive distribution operation Travel may be required as needed Additional Information This position is classified as non-exempt under applicable wage laws and is eligible for overtime. As business needs evolve, job duties, title, and reporting structure may change at the company's discretion.

Requirements:

Valid, clean driver's license Reliable transportation to/from the terminal Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable working overnight in all weather conditions Smartphone with data plan Ability to lift and carry items
