We want to be transparent about the work and pay before you start. New drivers are welcome, and same-day onboarding is available. Looking for More Consistent Delivery Work? If you are tired of traditional gig apps where you wake up wondering, "How much am I going to make today?", this may be a better fit. Our goal is to provide drivers with consistent package delivery opportunities and regular weekly work, based on available package volume and routes. Instead of constantly searching and waiting for individual gig orders, you can have an assigned package route and know how your pay is calculated before you start. Package volume and earnings are not guaranteed, but this can provide a more consistent delivery-work opportunity for dependable drivers who want to work regularly. Pay $1.80 for the first package delivered to a customer. If the same customer has additional packages, those extra packages pay $0.90 each. If different customers live at the same address, each customer's first package still pays the full $1.80. Half-pay only applies to additional packages for the same customer, and this does not happen very often.
Simple examples:
100 packages with only 5 additional same-customer packages = about $175.50 gross 150 packages = about $265.50 gross 200 packages = about $355.50 gross Depending on route size, drivers may gross approximately $175•356+ per day.
Weekly examples:
5 days: approximately $878•1,778 gross 6 days: approximately $1,053•2,133 gross Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on package volume. This is independent-contractor work, so drivers are responsible for their own gas, vehicle expenses, insurance, and taxes. Pay Schedule The pay period runs Monday through Sunday and restarts every Monday. New drivers receive their first week's pay after approximately 2 weeks. After that, payment is weekly.
Warehouse Pickup Warehouse location:
Kent, Washington 6626 S 228th St, Kent, WA 98032 Pickup begins at 7:00 PM, when the warehouse opens. You will scan, number, organize, and load your packages with your teammates before leaving. Please call or text us before coming to the warehouse. Do not show up without notifying us first.
Same-Day Onboarding Requirements Please bring:
Valid driver's license Current vehicle insurance Your smartphone You will also need to download the UniUni Driver App and register your driver account. Registration and onboarding must be completed in person at the warehouse. We will help guide new drivers through the process. Delivery Requirements Before leaving the warehouse, make sure you have every package assigned to you. Count and verify your packages before departure. If anything is missing, notify us before leaving. Missing packages that are still showing in your account may result in a $40 charge per missing package, so please carefully verify everything before leaving. Three clear photos are required at delivery: Package label Customer's house/building number Where the package was left Missing, blurry, or unclear required photos may result in a $2 charge per image. A confirmed wrong-address delivery may result in a $40 deduction. New Drivers Your first 1-2 days may be challenging while you learn package organization, the app, routes, and delivery procedures. Please be patient with yourself and the process. This job is not for everyone. Historically, only about 1 out of 10 new drivers continue past their first couple of days. Once you learn the system, stay organized, and get the hang of the route, the job usually becomes much easier. We are looking for drivers who are dependable, patient, willing to learn, and ready to work.
