Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Traffic Control Manager to lead our traffic control division supporting telecom and construction projects. This role goes beyond day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for building structure, managing resources, ensuring compliance, and scaling the division to support growing demand. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in traffic control operations, leadership , and running high-volume, fast-paced field environments with a safety-first mindset. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all traffic control operations across multiple projects. Build and scale the traffic control division including people, process, and equipment. Develop and implement standards, procedures, and best practices. Plan and coordinate traffic control needs with PMs, Supervisors, and field crews. Ensure compliance with MUTCD, WSDOT, and local/state requirements. Oversee crew performance, scheduling, and resource allocation. Conduct field audits and enforce safety and quality standards. Own budgets, forecasting, and cost control for traffic control operations. Identify risks and proactively solve operational challenges. Support emergency response operations as needed Required Experience 7+ years of experience in traffic control operations 3+ years in a leadership or management role Proven experience managing crews, schedules, and field execution Experience supporting telecom or construction infrastructure projects Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning Required Certifications Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS) Certification Valid Driver's License OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (Construction) First Aid / CPR Certification Preferred Skills Strong leadership with the ability to build and scale a team Experience managing high-volume, multi-project environments Strong understanding of traffic control planning and logistics Excellent communication and cross-team coordination Safety-first mindset with strong field awareness Why Join Us Competitive $95,000
