About CMI Orchards & EagleForce Logistics CMI Orchards is a grower-owned marketing organization representing some of the finest apple, pear, and cherry growers in Washington State. EagleForce Logistics, a division of CMI Orchards, provides transportation and logistics coordination services that help move premium produce efficiently throughout North America. We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join the EagleForce Logistics team. This position plays a critical role in coordinating product movement, communicating with customers and carriers, and ensuring shipments are delivered efficiently and on time. Position Summary The Logistics Coordinator serves as a key link between sales, warehouse operations, transportation providers, and customers. This individual will coordinate shipments, resolve transportation issues, communicate shipment status, and help ensure the smooth flow of product through our supply chain. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Essential Responsibilities Coordinate outbound shipments from CMI warehouses to customers and receiving locations. Arrange and dispatch transportation to meet customer delivery requirements. Coordinate transfers between CMI facilities and storage locations. Communicate shipment status, estimated arrival times, and transportation issues to sales, operations, customers, and warehouse teams. Schedule delivery appointments with customer receiving facilities. Monitor shipments and proactively address delays, rejections, or routing changes. Work closely with carriers to ensure timely pickup and delivery of product. Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation within company systems. Build strong working relationships with customers, carriers, warehouse personnel, and internal departments. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer service. Qualifications High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred. Previous experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, warehousing, customer service, or a related field preferred. Experience or knowledge in produce, agriculture, transportation, or supply chain operations is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems effectively. Experience with ERP, inventory, transportation, or warehouse management systems is a plus. Desired Characteristics Customer-focused mindset. Strong attention to detail.
