DRIVER MANAGER

for our Black River Falls office. This is a full-time, immediate opening. Primary Function Driver Managers are the core of our business, responsible for working directly with our professional drivers to ensure effective planning and execution of expectations for service excellence. Description Millis Transfer customers represent the most successful businesses in the world. Accountabilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Build and maintain driver relationships through the understanding of meeting the needs of the driver while weighing the expectations of the customer.
• Execute a timely and accurate exchange of data as it relates to driver availability, pre-planned load assignments, load assignments, and the service and tracking of company equipment.
• Independent assessment to comply with all DOT regulations and hours of service rules and ability to incorporate those rules, effectively
• Ensure fulfillment of fleet needs
• Coordinate the scheduling of company equipment for repair and preventative maintenance
• Provide support and collaborate; team efforts to develop, grow, and maximize utilization Job Qualifications
• Basic understanding of transportation operations
• Ability to work independently and drive results under provided guidelines
• Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced, service driven environment
