MI Trucking Inc., an independent FedEx Ground contractor, is looking for dependable, motivated, and safety-focused Delivery Drivers to join our team. If you enjoy working independently, staying active, and providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you. No CDL required! A DOT Medical Card is required, and MI Trucking will cover the cost for qualified candidates. No previous experience is required - we'll provide the training you need to succeed. We provide paid training and a company delivery vehicle. What We Offer Paid training - $100 per day Starting pay: $800 per week Earn $900 per week after successfully completing a 3-month probationary period through our Performance & Safety Bonus program Earn up to $1,000 per week after one year based on continued performance, attendance, and safe driving Company-provided FedEx delivery vehicle (no personal vehicle required) Full-time and part-time positions available Stable, year-round work Responsibilities Safely operate a company-provided FedEx delivery vehicle. Load, organize, and deliver packages to homes and businesses. Follow assigned routes while maintaining safe driving practices. Deliver packages accurately and on time. Use a handheld scanner to complete deliveries. Provide friendly and professional customer service. Communicate with dispatch regarding delays or route issues. Keep your delivery vehicle clean and report any maintenance concerns. Follow all company policies and FedEx safety procedures. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently Ability to move packages weighing up to 150 pounds with a hand truck or dolly Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Excellent time management skills Ability to work independently in all weather conditions Schedule Full-time and part-time opportunities available Approximately 20-40 hours per week Typical full-time schedule is 5 days per week

Pay Training:

$100 per day Starting pay: $800 per week

Performance & Safety Bonus:

Additional $100 per week after successfully completing the 3-month probationary period

One-Year Performance Bonus:
