America's Service Line, LLC, the private fleet to American Foods Group, LLC and a sister Company to America's Logistics, LLC (AML) has an opportunity for a Driver Manager in beautiful Green Bay, Wisconsin. This position is a pivotal link between AML Planners, Customer Service Representatives, Backhaul Planners, Drivers, Maintenance, Safety, Payroll, Accounting and Human Resources. This position works a 2-2-3 schedule from 0500 to 1700, which includes working Friday-Sunday every other week. On this rotation, you work 14 12-hour days in a 28-day rotation. As a Driver Manager , you will: Assume responsibility for optimization of all loads. Process delay in transit messages for all loads and proactively communicate delays to customers on backhaul freight. Ensure maximum utilization of driver hours. Respond to customer and operational needs by answering e-mails, phone calls, tracking shipments, and recovering shipments to service our customers. Monitor KPI's and provide solutions for continuous improvement. Coordinate and manage home time for all drivers. Review detention and process for billing and payment. Manage driver compliance and provide feedback through the disciplinary process as required Proactively work with team members to solve for service failures through relays or planning changes to exhaust all efforts of operations to execute at the lowest possible cost. Provide coverage for other team members when out of office.

this description is not intended to be all-inclusive. An employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization; these duties are considered marginal. Minimum Qualifications (Required): Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or
GED. 2-3
years previous dispatch experience. Must be willing to work weekend coverage as part of the rotation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong geographical knowledge of the United States. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools. Experience with other applications including transportation management systems (E2Open, McLeod, and SamSara). Knowledge of FMCSA regulations. Professional email and phone etiquette.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interface with all levels of internal and external personnel. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Ability to multi task. Ability to work in a fast-paced team atmosphere. Ability to perform duties with minimal direction. Strong attention to detail. Ability to complete all work timely and accurately.
