Our platform connects passengers with trained drivers for safe, reliable, and accessible rides within urban and rural areas. We're seeking an innovative leader with transportation network management experience in Wisconsin. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Mobility Manager with knowledge of the state of WI's complex needs. We're expanding our network across the state to support more customers with a much larger driver and partner pool. This role is leading our coordination of accessible transportation solutions as we scale wheelchair capacity across Wisconsin. In this role, you will oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of NEMT services, ensuring seamless mobility for our passengers. Your leadership will help expand our partner networks by creating trust with partners. Be the leading voice in our our process! We improve the quality of life for individuals relying on our services. Responsibilities Coordinate daily operations of the rideshare platform to ensure timely and efficient service delivery Collaborate with drivers, healthcare providers, and care coordinators to schedule rides that meet passenger needs Monitor service quality and resolve any issues or disruptions promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction Develop and implement strategies to expand service coverage in urban and rural areas Maintain accurate records of ride bookings, driver assignments, and service metrics for reporting purposes Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies Provide training and support to drivers on best practices for passenger assistance and safety protocols Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards applicable to rideshare services Experience in fleet or transportation management is preferred Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve service delivery Problem-solving mindset with a focus on proactive solutions Passion for enhancing mobility options for underserved communities Join CarePool as we empower through accessible transportation!
