Where you'll take charge of outdoor maintenance projects and lead a dedicated crew to create beautiful, healthy landscapes Not only to the eyes but to the environment and community. As a Crew Leader, you'll oversee daily operations, ensure quality standards are met the n the job and with our equipment, and foster a positive team environment that thrives on teamwork and outdoor excellence. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew responsible for lawn care, landscape maintenance, and hardscaping construction projects. Coordinate daily schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of all outdoor work. Perform and oversee grounds maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, planting, irrigation management, and hardscape installation. Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to ensure proper care and health of landscapes. Operate groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently; manage company vehicle operation for project transportation. Maintain safety standards by enforcing proper use of equipment and adherence to safety protocols during outdoor work. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and supervisors to ensure project specifications are met with quality workmanship. Skills Proven experience in lawn care, edging is VERY important, landscape maintenance, gardening, and groundskeeping. Strong knowledge of horticulture practices including plant identification and tree care. Demonstrated supervising or team management experience within outdoor or landscaping environments. Skilled in hardscaping construction projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and irrigation systems management Is a plus. Ability to operate landscaping equipment and grounds maintenance tools safely and effectively. Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a crew while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and maintenance; experience with irrigation management is a plus. Excellent outdoor work experience with a focus on grounds maintenance, landscaping equipment operation, and environmental stewardship.
