This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate and dispatch drivers, crews, and vehicles for daily moving and delivery routes Manage scheduling to maximize efficiency and on-time performance Serve as the point of contact for crews in the field, resolving issues in real time Monitor job progress, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction Supervise and support dispatch/operations staff Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding scheduling changes, delays, or escalations Maintain accurate records in dispatch/routing software

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of dispatch, logistics, or operations supervisory experience (moving, delivery, trucking, or similar industries strongly preferred) Strong multitasking ability and calm under pressure Excellent communication and leadership skills Comfortable with dispatch/scheduling software and basic reporting tools Reliable, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused Valid driver's license
