Job Description

•Please do not call the office. We will process applicants thru this posting.• Award winning Prescott Landscape company is looking for an experienced Landscape Installation Crew Leader. Pay Rate based on knowledge of all aspects of landscape installation. Please do not apply unless you have minimum 2 years experience in Landscaping Installation. Responsibilities are to oversee and monitor daily production of landscape installation projects, and oversee the development of production planning and schedule work orders. Must have a clean driving record and pass pre-employment drug screening.
Crew Leader Expectations:
1. Line out crew members on task that need to be done. 2. After the job is complete, walk the entire property for tools left behind. Make sure there is no irrigation left on. 3. Make sure Proper Personal Equipment (PPE) is being used. 4. Make sure you set a pace of example that the crew members will follow. 7. Make sure your crew members are fully trained on how to use tools safely. 8. Always maintain a professional and respectful and safe work environment for your crew members and customers. Report any unsafe practices or conduct to supervisor. 9. Communicate daily with supervisor, and have the ability to actively listen and speak clearly to be able to maintain safety on the jobsite and in working with colleagues and the public. 10. Report to work on time. Qualifications Must pass drug test, drivers must remain drug free. You pay initial cost ($50), we reimburse on first check after 5 business days of work. Driver's License, and approval to drive under our insurance. Attention to detail & works well in a busy environment. Great communication skills, including the ability to actively listen and speak clearly to be able to maintain safety on the jobsite and in working with colleagues and the public.
