As an Enhancement Crew Leader, you will play a vital role in overseeing and executing landscape enhancement projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew of 3-5 enhancement laborers on landscape enhancement projects. Oversee project execution, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of planting, irrigation, hardscape, and mulch installations. Implement and enforce company policies, safety procedures, and quality control measures on job sites. Train and support crew members in proper techniques and safe equipment operation. Assist with job site evaluations, material ordering, and project planning in collaboration with the Associate Enhancement Production Manager. Identify and recommend additional work opportunities based on site conditions and client needs. Maintain professional communication with clients, addressing concerns and inquiries promptly. Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment and uphold Stay Greens values in all interactions. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to enhancement projects. Maintain accurate timekeeping and project documentation. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 5 years of landscaping experience, with a focus on enhancements and landscape construction. At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in landscape enhancement. Experience with irrigation installation, plant installation, hardscape (gravel/rock), and mulch installation. Knowledge of irrigation systems, including heads, pipes, and valves. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, especially for irrigation, hardscape, and plant plans. Proficient in operating hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as skid steers, trenchers, and front loaders. Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills. Valid Class "C" California Drivers License required; Class "B" preferred. Proficiency in English and Spanish highly desirable.
