Duties Lead and supervise a crew in performing landscape installation, drainage installation, and irrigation repair and installation Manage irrigation systems including installation, repair, troubleshooting Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and ground covers to ensure proper care and health of all landscape elements Operate grounds maintenance equipment safely and effectively including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and company vehicles Coordinate with clients and project managers to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining quality standards Enforce safety protocols on-site to protect team members and the public during outdoor work activities Demonstrated supervising or team management experience in outdoor or construction settings Knowledge of plant identification, tree care techniques, irrigation systems, hardscape installation, and grounds equipment operation Ability to operate company vehicles safely and efficiently on various construction projects or landscaping sites Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team while managing multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and vendors Physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions; experience with grounds maintenance equipment is essential This role offers an engaging environment where your expertise in landscaping and leadership will directly impact beautiful outdoor spaces.
