What You'll Do As a Landscape Construction Crew Leader / Foreman, you will work alongside and help lead a crew in the field. We are looking for someone who can set the pace, communicate well, solve problems, and help deliver a finished product the entire team can be proud of.

Responsibilities may include:

Lead and work alongside landscape construction crews in the field Organize daily tasks and help keep crews productive and on schedule Read plans, layouts, measurements, elevations, and project instructions Install irrigation systems, valves, piping, drip systems, sprinklers, and related components Perform planting, soil preparation, finish grading, drainage, and landscape installation Construct pavers, retaining walls, concrete, edging, and other hardscape improvements Safely operate trucks, trailers, power tools, and landscape/construction equipment Help coordinate materials, tools, equipment, and jobsite needs Communicate with project managers and supervisors regarding progress and field conditions Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites Follow company safety procedures and help ensure crew members work safely Train and develop less-experienced crew members Take ownership of workmanship, productivity, and the final quality of the project Who We're Looking For We value attitude, work ethic, reliability, and the desire to grow. Landscape construction experience is strongly preferred, but we are especially interested in individuals who want to build a career and take on greater responsibility. Ideal candidates will have experience with some or all of the following: Landscape construction Irrigation installation and troubleshooting Grading and drainage Planting and horticulture Pavers and hardscape installation Concrete Retaining walls Equipment operation Reading plans and taking field measurements Leading or supervising a small construction crew Bilingual English/Spanish is a major plus.
