Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician Crew Leader to join our team. This role involves maintaining outdoor spaces through various landscaping and horticultural tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, possess mechanical knowledge, and be comfortable operating a range of tools and equipment. Tasks include, Mowing, Edging, Trimming, Blowing, Etc. Requirements
  • Class C Drivers License and ability to drive Regular Pickup Truck with Landscape Trailer.
  • Clean Driving record free of DWIs and Reckless.

  • Experience in Landscaping Field.
  • Autorzied to work in the States Responsibilities Perform lawn care activities such as mowing, edging, and trimming to ensure healthy and attractive turf.
Conduct landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, tree care, and shrubbery management. Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns. Assist with gardening tasks such as soil preparation, planting flowers or shrubs, and fertilization. Perform tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and safety. Maintain equipment through routine inspections and basic repairs to ensure optimal performance. Follow safety protocols at all times while working with machinery or in construction environments. Skills Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools. Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices. Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, and larger machinery such as excavators. Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and maintenance. Ability to perform landscaping tasks including hardscape construction and tree care. Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites and outdoor work environments. Physical stamina for manual labor including lifting heavy materials, operating machinery, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients when necessary. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about outdoor environments who want to develop their skills in landscape maintenance, construction, and horticulture while contributing to beautiful outdoor spaces.
