Crew Lead Weatherization

Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Crew Lead Weatherization to join our team and drive impactful energy efficiency projects. In this role, you will oversee weatherization crews, coordinate installation activities, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your leadership will empower your team to deliver quality work that improves energy performance for our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your construction expertise while making a tangible difference in community sustainability. Responsibilities Lead and supervise weatherization crew members during installation of insulation, air sealing, and other energy-saving measures Ensure all work complies with safety protocols, building codes, and client specifications Utilize hand tools, power tools, and scaffolding safely and effectively to complete tasks such as drywall installation, caulking, trim carpentry, and stucco application Coordinate with clients and team members to communicate project progress, address concerns, and clarify technical requirements Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to work order specifications and quality standards Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and project milestones Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on weatherization or related fields such as insulation installation, roofing, drywall finishing, or masonry Skilled in reading & executing work orders, schematics, and technical drawings for construction projects Knowledge of HVAC systems, framing, plastering, and fabrication techniques is highly desirable Familiarity with ladder use, climbing safety procedures, and working at heights on construction sites Ability to operate power tools safely Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction painting, caulking, framing, roofing, and the use of hand tools Basic math skills for measurements and calculations necessary for precise installation tasks Join us as a Crew Lead Weatherization if you're passionate about leading teams in impactful projects that promote energy efficiency. Pay:
$23.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
