But at the heart of our business is our people. Role Purpose This role is responsible for coordinating with BSO and Bag Room to handle misplaced/lost baggage claims and provide reports to carriers. Position requires heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, stretching and frequent kneeling. Adheres to all standards, procedures ensuring all work is performed safely and is supported by following established procedures and protocols. What you will be doing Coordinate misplaced and lost baggage claims with BSO/Bag Room and prepare required reports for carriers. Ensure accurate baggage tagging, routing, and handling—including odd‑size luggage—and interpret IATA tickets and routing labels. Load and unload baggage and cargo safely between aircraft, terminals, carts, and designated facilities. Maintain strict adherence to safety, security, and regulatory standards while performing physically demanding tasks. Support operational reliability by meeting attendance expectations and performing other duties as assigned. What we are looking for Prior Ramp experience required Must be 18 years of age or older Possess and maintain valid US drivers license Pass all pre-employment testing including a drug screen, FBI background, Customs Seal, and employment history. Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays Must have high school diploma or GED. Benefits
