Job Description

Perform and manage the day to day approach to GreenEarth Clients with GreenEarth Core Values, and expectation of high quality within budgeted hours. Assure that all safety standards are followed on GreenEarth properties and support and grow your team. GreenEarth Midwest is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Crew Leader to join our team. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of a crew to ensure that landscape maintenance is completed efficiently and to the highest standard. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and leading a team. Responsibilities Coordinate and assign tasks to crew members according to onsite requirements for the day and property Supervise and provide guidance to crew members to ensure work is completed safely and effectively Inspect work performed by crew members to ensure quality and adherence to specifications Train new crew members on job tasks and safety procedures Maintain inventory of materials and equipment, and ensure they are properly stored and maintained Communicate with manager and other departments to provide status updates and resolve any issues that may arise Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a construction or landscaping setting Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks Knowledge of industry best practices and safety regulations Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to operate and maintain various hand and power tools Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
