White Diamond Landscape is a leading landscaping company dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We specialize in residential and commercial landscaping, offering a range of services including maintenance, design, and installation. Our team is passionate about creating beautiful and sustainable outdoor spaces. We are seeking a dedicated Crew Leader to join our team. As a Crew Leader, you will oversee and coordinate landscaping and groundskeeping activities, ensuring the highest standards of maintenance and care for outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of landscapers and groundskeepers in daily tasks Perform landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, planting, and watering Supervise tree care and irrigation systems Build and maintain outdoor structures as needed Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards Train new team members on landscaping techniques and safety procedures Communicate effectively with clients and management regarding project updates

Qualifications:

Previous experience in landscape care or related field is a MUST Proficiency in groundskeeping tasks such as lawn care, tree care, and irrigation Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team Knowledge of landscaping techniques and best practices Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation

Preferred Skills:

MUST have experience in supervising landscaping crews Familiarity with building outdoor structures

What We Offer:
