Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Fleet Attendant to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for visual inspection of our fleet of UTVs. Your expertise will ensure that all vehicles operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with UTVs, CARTS and a commitment to maintaining high safety and operational standards. Duties Conduct routine inspections of fleet UTV's in and out to authorized employees and visitors. Verify and collect required personal information during the checkout process. Maintain accurate records of UTV's usage and assignments. Perform visual inspections of carts before and after each use. Document and report any damage, maintenance concerns, or operational issues to the Fleet Maintenance team. Ensure carts are returned on time and parked in designated locations. Monitor the cleanliness and overall condition of the UTV fleet. Assist with basic fleet organization and staging of UTV's for daily operations. Provide friendly and professional customer service while enforcing fleet checkout procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service, fleet, equipment, or administrative experience preferred. Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Physical Requirements Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, and direct sunlight. Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the workday. Preferred Skills Experience with fleet operations, equipment checkout, or inventory management. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify maintenance concerns. Comfortable interacting with employees across multiple departments. $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
