Transportation Supervisor Daily Responsibilities:

Supervise Delivery / Shuttle / Transfers. Work closely with other transportation managers, ensuring routes and deliveries are accurately executed. Ensure safety processes and procedures are met or exceeded by inspecting equipment, logs, DVIRs, and Hours of service records. Be a positive self-starter that thrives working alone and in a team environment. Supervise a team of independent professional contractors. Supervise and monitor performance metrics- including survey, safety scores and Hours of Service. Work with all levels of management to build a positive work environment and improve team morale. Monitor all deliveries and routes in transportation management systems.

Requirements:
