Job Overview:

As a Landscaping Crew Leader , you will be responsible for leading a team in landscape installations, maintenance, and enhancements for residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring expertise in landscaping techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Supervise & Lead a Landscaping Crew , ensuring high-quality work and efficiency. Execute Landscape Installations & Maintenance , including planting, sod installation, mulching, trimming, and hardscaping. Manage & Organize Daily Work Schedules , assigning tasks to meet deadlines. Train & Mentor Crew Members , ensuring proper landscaping techniques and safety practices. Operate & Maintain Equipment , including mowers, edgers, trimmers, and skid steers. Ensure Safety & Quality Control , following company and industry standards. Communicate with Clients , addressing questions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

✔ 3+ years of experience in landscaping, with leadership or supervisory experience. ✔ Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, plant care, sod installation, and irrigation. ✔ Ability to read landscape plans & execute installations accordingly. ✔ Leadership & teamwork skills - able to motivate and manage a crew. ✔ Excellent communication & customer service skills. ✔ Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions & perform physical labor. ✔ Valid Driver's License (Required).
