Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead a maintenance crew and ensure properties are serviced safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and general property cleanup Trim shrubs, hedges, and small trees Identify landscape issues and report them to management Make sure crews complete properties according to schedule and company standards Properly operate and care for landscape equipment Load and organize trucks and equipment each day Communicate professionally with customers and management Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements 2+ years of landscape maintenance experience preferred Previous crew leader or foreman experience preferred Knowledge of commercial and residential landscape maintenance Experience using mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and hedge trimmers Ability to identify common plants and understand proper pruning techniques Valid driver's license with a good driving record preferred Dependable, organized, and able to lead a crew Able to work outdoors in Florida weather and perform physical labor We are looking for someone dependable who takes pride in their work and can keep a maintenance crew productive and organized.
