$220-$300+ per day (Based on experience and leadership) Bonus Opportunities Available About Us A Local Roofing Company is a fast-growing, veteran-owned roofing company specializing in commercial and residential roofing throughout Florida and other states. We are looking for experienced, dependable TPO roofing installers and crew leaders who take pride in quality workmanship, safety, and getting the job done right the first time. Responsibilities Install TPO roofing systems on commercial buildings. Measure, cut, and weld TPO membrane using hot-air welders. Install insulation, cover boards, vapor barriers, and flashings. Install edge metal, drains, scuppers, pipe boots, and penetration flashings. Read plans and follow manufacturer specifications. Ensure all work meets quality standards and passes inspections. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Follow OSHA safety regulations and use proper fall protection. Communicate with the Project Manager regarding daily progress. Crew Leader / Supervisor Responsibilities Lead and supervise roofing crews. Assign daily tasks and maintain productivity. Ensure jobs stay on schedule. Train and mentor installers. Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project. Coordinate materials and equipment. Maintain a professional relationship with customers and project managers. Requirements Minimum 2 years of commercial TPO roofing experience (more preferred). Experience using Leister or equivalent automatic and hand welders. Ability to install complete TPO systems from start to finish. Experience with detail work and flashing. Leadership experience preferred for supervisor position. Reliable transportation. Valid driver's license preferred. Ability to lift 75+ pounds. Comfortable working at heights. Must have your own basic roofing hand tools. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 is a plus.
