In this role, you'll prepare developmental test vehicles for daily operations, maintain fleet readiness, support vehicle logistics, and assist with fleet response activities. 2:00 PM•10:00 PM As a Readiness and Response Operator•1, you'll: Execute comprehensive mission preparation procedures, including launching software across multiple vehicle devices, verifying hardware and software configurations, and performing pre-trip safety inspections. Coordinate the movement and storage of vehicles and equipment across multiple locations. Operate support vehicles as needed to assist with testing and fleet logistics. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, sensor readiness, and charging to ensure vehicles are prepared for daily operations. Support vehicle recovery activities by assisting with equipment and personnel transportation during field response events. Assist with new market launches, including vehicle deployment, site organization, and fleet readiness audits. Track, organize, and replenish fleet consumables, including fluids, cleaning supplies, and minor hardware. Provide operational support across the Readiness and Response organization, including assisting Robotaxi service operations as business needs require. Document vehicle status, operational issues, and readiness activities accurately. Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment. 2+ years of experience in fleet operations, logistics, hospitality, aviation ground operations, emergency response, customer service, or a similarly fast-paced environment Proven ability to follow complex procedures accurately while responding with urgency Comfort using terminal commands, mobile devices, laptops, internal applications, and remote vehicle operation tools A valid driver's license with a clean or excellent driving record Ability to remain calm and professional during high-pressure situations and unexpected roadside events Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to pass a background check, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug screen Ability to comply with the company's Substance Abuse Policy This role will require safety boots that conform to
