Job Description

Gulfshore Maids is looking to bring on an established 2-3 person cleaning crew as independent contractors for larger residential jobs throughout Naples. This is part-time to start, with real potential to grow into full-time work as our client base expands — no pressure or exclusivity required. You're free to keep your other clients, side jobs, or run your own cleaning business alongside this. We're not looking to control your schedule or micromanage how you work — we just want a reliable crew we can call on for bigger houses when jobs come in, with room to grow together over time. What we're looking for: A 2-3 person team that already works together and has an established rhythm Comfortable with deep cleans, move-in/move-out, and larger residential homes Reliable transportation and own basic supplies (open to discussing on a call) A point of contact/crew lead for scheduling and communication

Pay:

$20-$25/hour per person, depending on experience (or per-job rate for the team — happy to discuss what works best for you) What we offer: 1099 contractor status — you control your schedule, tools, and other clients/work Part-time to start, with opportunity to grow into full-time as demand increases Steady flow of larger jobs in Naples without needing to find them yourself Direct communication, no corporate bureaucracy
