We are hiring experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leaders to help lead our growing Naples operation. This position is for someone who can independently manage a landscape maintenance route, lead a crew, maintain strong quality standards, and keep the team productive throughout the day. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew Manage the daily route and property schedule Perform and oversee mowing, edging, string trimming, blowing, and cleanup Perform and oversee shrub and hedge trimming Maintain landscape beds and complete detail pruning Ensure weeds, debris, and property details are addressed properly Inspect each property before leaving to ensure quality standards are met Communicate job expectations clearly to crew members Keep the crew working efficiently and productively Maintain responsibility for company trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment Report irrigation issues, property concerns, damages, and additional work opportunities to management Maintain professional conduct and appearance on customer properties Requirements Previous professional landscape maintenance experience required Previous crew leader or supervisory experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and property detailing Ability to independently manage a maintenance route and crew Valid driver's license required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must be dependable and maintain consistent attendance Must be able to work outdoors in Florida heat and weather conditions Must be able to lift 50+ pounds Must be able to work safely and efficiently Commercial and HOA landscape maintenance experience strongly preferred Schedule Full-time position Monday through Friday Overtime opportunities available Occasional Saturday work may be required Year-round employment Pay $23-$27+ per hour, depending on experience, leadership ability, and skill level. Higher pay may be available for exceptional candidates and proven top performers who can independently manage a route while consistently delivering strong quality and productivity. We are looking for someone dependable, experienced, and ready to take ownership of a crew and route as we continue growing our Naples division.

Pay:

$23.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
