Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Landscape Crew Leader to spearhead our outdoor maintenance and landscaping projects. Responsibilities Supervise and motivate a crew of landscape technicians to complete maintenance, planting, pruning, and installation tasks efficiently and safely Coordinate daily schedules and assign tasks based on project priorities and team strengths Oversee landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, tree care, gardening, and general horticulture practices Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and company policies while maintaining a clean and organized work site Inspect completed work for quality control, providing feedback and guidance to team members for continuous improvement Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure project specifications are met or exceeded Assist with hands-on tasks when necessary, demonstrating best practices in construction, landscaping, and maintenance Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or related outdoor services with supervisory or leadership responsibilities Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques, horticulture principles, irrigation systems, tree care, gardening, and general landscape construction Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and quality Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions including lifting, bending, digging, and operating equipment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred and able to drive a truck and trailer Certifications or training in horticulture, arboriculture (tree care), or irrigation systems are a plus Join us as we cultivate beautiful landscapes while fostering a positive team environment!
