Job Summary:
As an Enhancement Crew Leader at United Land Services, you will be instrumental in leading and executing arboriculture and landscape enhancement projects. This dynamic role requires a valid driver's license, proficiency in plant identification, blueprint reading skills, and the ability to operate heavy machinery. You will manage a team of crew members, ensuring projects are completed successfully while upholding high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Oversee and execute arboricultural tasks, including pruning, trimming, and treating trees and shrubs. Conduct risk assessments and manage tree planting, transplanting, and removal. Implement landscape designs, including installing plants, flowers, and shrubs, and incorporating hardscape elements. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, ensuring routine maintenance and safety checks. Lead and manage a team of landscapers, providing guidance and ensuring efficient project completion. Interact with clients to understand preferences and provide plant care information. Adhere to safety protocols and participate in safety meetings and training sessions. Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues to the supervisor. Qualifications Proven experience in arboriculture and landscape enhancement. Valid driver's license required, as this role may involve driving between job sites and operating company vehicles. Knowledge of trees, plants, and landscaping techniques. Proficiency in reading blueprints and plans. Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including heavy machinery. Strong physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership abilities and the capacity to manage a team independently. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
