Job Description As a Transportation Supervisor , you are an ambassador of hospitality, ensuring that every guest's journey begins and ends with a positive and memorable impression of our resort. As a Transportation Supervisor , you will: Supervise and coach all Transportation drivers within the Transportation Department Transport resort guests along an established route Transport employees to and from offsite parking areas Attend and participate in staff meetings Onsite interoffice mail delivery Assist disabled passengers into and out of vehicle Operate radio or similar device to communicate with base station or other vehicles to report disruption of service Clean and service vehicles with fuel, lubricants, and accessories

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Supervise all employee within the Transportation Department To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic . Qualifications CDL driver's license with passenger endorsement High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Must have one year experience in driving the class of vehicle operated and must meet all state and local licensing requirements. Must maintain satisfactory driving records and must take a mandatory defensive driving safety class Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner Westgate Resorts is a Smoke and Tobacco-Free workplace.
