ROOFING LABORER / INSTALLER TEAM LEAD
We're not looking for temporary help. We're building a crew. Safeguard Roofing Pros is looking for an experienced roofing professional to join our dedicated 4-5 person in-house roofing crew . This crew will work directly on our company projects, including insurance and retail roofing jobs. We are looking for someone who can lead our crew and we will pay them right! We want someone that can stay with us and build a career!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
1+ years of hands-on roof installation experience Extensive knowledge of residential roofing Able to work efficiently as part of a professional roofing crew Strong work ethic and attention to detail Safety-conscious and dependable Must have reliable transportation to get to our office Must be legally authorized to work in the United States We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up, works hard, and wants to be part of a company and crew they can grow with.
