Responsibilities Include:

Supervising the Security and Transportation department Helping with scheduling Assists in hiring, supervising, evaluating and coaching employees Documents emergencies, shift issues and incidents Monitors residents' needs are being met for transportation requests and other needs Monitors events and activities on campus Ensures the safety and well-being of our residents What we're looking for: Valid Florida Driver's license and a clean driving record'CDL license with passenger endorsement preferred 3+ years of passenger driving experience Prior supervisory experience a plus Someone who likes being a part of a team; contributes as an active team member Prior experience working in a healthcare setting a plus A flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays An all-around problem solver: someone who works well and can make important decisions under pressure In exchange, this position offers a competitive pay rate, flexible scheduling and available hours, comprehensive training, on-going education, more than usual autonomy, and more!
