Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping activities, including lawn care, planting, hardscaping construction, and grounds maintenance. Lead team members in operating groundskeeping equipment, irrigation systems, and horticultural tools safely and effectively. Manage project timelines, assign tasks, and monitor crew performance to ensure timely completion of outdoor projects. Identify plants, trees, and landscape features to guide proper maintenance and care strategies. Work with Operations Manager to develope and train crew members. Oversee irrigation management, ensuring systems are functioning correctly and efficiently to support healthy landscapes. Maintain safety protocols by enforcing equipment operation standards and promoting safe outdoor work practices. Ensure Equiptment preventative maintenance is performed as needed and kept clean. Complete Daily Logs Communicate clearly with clients and team members to ensure project specifications are met with precision and professionalism. Experience Proven supervising or crew management experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor maintenance roles. Strong background in lawn care, landscape maintenance, horticulture, and gardening practices. Hands-on experience operating groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems. Knowledge of hardscaping construction projects including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape elements. Ability to identify various plants, trees, and landscape features to support proper care routines. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team while managing multiple projects efficiently. Valid experience operating company vehicles safely for transportation between job sites.
