Some experience in construction and supervision is required (court surfacing experience is a bonus, but not required). The company specializes in nationwide sports courts installation. If you do not have a driver's license and are not willing to travel 50-60% of the time nationwide, please do not apply. You will not be considered.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated construction site experience, including compliance with safety regulations and adherence to project timelines.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license, with excellent communication skills in English.
  • The ability to guide and lead other crew members to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Maintaining accurate records of project progress and reporting as needed to management.
  • Reviewing blueprints and schematics to guarantee quality control and compliance with project specs.
  • Following daily operational plans at construction sites, complying with all safety regulations and OSHA standards. This is an excellent opportunity for self-motivated, fast learners who wish to climb the ladder. Positions available will require extensive US travel. Starting pay is $18
  • 25 per hour, depending on experience.
Work is 5 to 7 days a week with overtime pay after 40 hours at time and a half. Per Diem is paid when working out of town.

There is no hire due to government contracts for anyone with a violent felony conviction. You must have a valid driver's license. You must be able to lift 80 pounds.
