Summary The Supervisor Fleet is responsible for overseeing the daily operation, maintenance, and performance of the organization's fleet, including shuttle buses and vans, service vehicles, golf carts, and support equipment. This role ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of transportation services for patients, visitors, staff, and students. The supervisor manages fleet personnel, supports regulatory compliance, and helps maintain high service standards in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Training Required:

Knowledge of fleet maintenance practices and safety regulations (DOT, OSHA)Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and customer service skills, especially in high-touch environmentsProficiency with fleet management software and Microsoft OfficeSelf-motivated/able to work independently without supervisionRepresents and supports the mission, philosophy and goals of the Cancer Center.

Driver's License (DL) Preferred Licensure (Other): CDL Class B or Higher Salary Range $63,377.60 - $96,699.20 Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role. Actual compensation may vary based on location and a variety of job-related factors, including experience, skills, education, and internal equity among Team Members in similar positions.
