Responsibilities:
Train and mentor crewmembers for on-the-job training. Plan, schedule and supervise daily production activities on assigned contracts. Familiar with budgeted hours for each of your jobs. Monitor by reviewing job hours, reports, and job costs effectively. Foster relationships with onsite customers Driving quality and efficiency Proactive approach to identifying issues in the field with communication to customer Promote extra work through time and material work orders Maintain assigned vehicle and equipment following company's guidelines and policies
Qualifications:
Ability to manage internal team members with proper training on equipment Experience working with customers and building relationships Minimum one year experience performing commercial contract maintenance Ability to identify and diagnose, and treat plant palate diseases Working knowledge of vehicles and equipment used in contract maintenance Valid driver's license with a clean record over the last three years.
