Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Crew Leader to oversee daily operations for one of our landscape maintenance crews. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to ensure top-quality results on every property. Responsibilities Operate mowers (riding and push), blowers (backpack and handheld), weed eaters, and edgers. Assist with irrigation system checks, repairs, and operation. Safely drive company trucks and trailers to and from job sites. Organize and lead crew members to complete daily maintenance tasks efficiently and safely. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Accurately clock in/out yourself and your crew using the QuickBooks Time app. Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent SRG positively on every job. What We're Looking For Experience in Landscape maintenance. Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions. Quick learner with good retention and problem-solving skills. Dependable and team-oriented.. Valid driver's license (required). Experience towing a trailer (required).
Schedule Start Time:
6:30 AM (all crews meet at our lay-down yard)
End Time:
Between 3:00 - 5:00
PM Work Days:
