Job Description
- Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening or related outdoor work environments Crew Leaders
- Demonstrated supervising or team management experience within landscaping or construction settings Crew Leaders & Crew Members
- Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture practices, and grounds maintenance techniques Crew Leaders & Crew Members
- Ability to operate landscaping and groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently Crew Leaders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse crew effectively Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles required for site travel between projects Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy materials as needed Join us to lead exciting construction projects while cultivating your expertise in landscaping!
