About the Role As a Landscape Crew Leader / Supervisor, you will help lead crews in daily landscape operations while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and with high quality. This role may include landscape maintenance, irrigation, hardscape, planting, trenching, equipment operation, job site organization, training team members, and communicating with management. We are looking for someone who can lead by example, keep the team productive, and help create a positive work environment.
